Setting out ‘What Good Looks Like’ for digital transformation.
Having a framework for what Good Looks Like in digital transformation for trusts is really important. It allows those organisations that are at the start of this journey to see what steps they need to take to understand where they need to get to and what good really does look like.
It allows those organisations and systems that have already started to do things to check and make sure that they're on the right track and are absolutely delivering what good looks like.
And it enables trust boards and those in charge of running systems to understand where these different parts of the system are are and to check and to challenge and to support on that journey to get to what good really does look like.
